A tax lawyer with a passion for financial issues and international taxation.
After a promising start at Deloitte (big four) and Skadden in Paris, she enhanced her expertise by joining the real estate investment fund IVANHOE CAMBRIDGE in 2021.
Her remarkable career led her to join the prestigious firm of Baker & McKenzie, ranked third in France, where she puts her skills in wealth tax, corporate tax and transfer pricing to good use.
Doina has distinguished herself in a number of international transactions for major multinational players operating in various sectors such as real estate, finance and luxury goods.
Doina holds a double Master's degree in tax law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and her experience in US law firms has enriched her practice. She is equally at ease dealing with French tax issues and cross-border issues, including Monegasque and US cases.
